Kristina is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist, Pain Free Performance Specialist and she holds several mobility certifications (e.g., Pain Free Mobility Certified (PPSC), Functional Aging Specialist, Certified Circl Mobility Instructor, Tai Chi Instructor).
